Synopsis

The first Industrial Revolution consisted of a set of changes that took place in Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries. The machines gradually replaced the human labor. Environmental pollution, the increase in noise pollution, the rural exodus and the disorderly growth of cities were also fatal consequ ences for the social disorder at that time. The industrial revolution was not only a major technological development, but also brought greater speed to labor productivity, giving rise to new social behaviors and the important consolidation of management as an area of scientific knowledge. The main causes of the Industrial Revolution were factors related to the Bourgeois Revolutions, such as the French Revolution and the English Revolution, which took place between the years 1640 and 1850. Advocacy is one of the most important professions in humanity, there is no doubt, therefore , the role of the lawyer in society is of paramount importance. Justice, due to its numerous resources, is seen by many people as slow, this is because, before the sentence becomes final, the parties have possibilities and possibilities to appeal. One of the creators says that the adoption of robot lawyers will allow law firms to take on causes that previously were not financially worthwhile. Artificial intelligence! These are the w ords that have brought expectations and fears to lawyers. What has been heard is that in the not too distant future, robots will replace lawyers, prosecutors and judges. AI is present in several segments. It is already a reality worldwide. Companies, schoo ls, hospitals make use of AI. AI also has positive and negative aspects for advocacy. The agility little acquired by the Brazilian judiciary is directly linked to the efficiency of adequate means to resolve conflicts, based on the trust and knowledge of le gal professionals.
