Uso das ferramentas da qualidade como método de avaliação da trefilaria de tubos de aço sem costura

This research was carried out in a drawing plant, in the case of this study identified as Company X, located in the city of Belo Horizonte - MG, where a group of quality inspectors and managers aim to continuously improve the Steel Tube Production Process (PP) Seamless (TASC), this through the use of some quality tools, for example, the Check Sheet and the Pareto Chart, and also management tools, such as Brainstorming or Brainstorming and the Action Plan. The general objective The purpose of this study was to verify how the use of quality and management tools has contributed to the identification and resolution of non-conformities that arise in the TASC PP. To develop this study, a Case Study, a research was carried out in the literary environment, on the web, on the themes: Process and Quality Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Cold Tube Drawing, and others considered relevant to this study, for example, on the attributions of Production Engineering. To consolidate the use of some quality and management tools, data and information provided by company X were consulted, and the use was exemplified.
