The flexibilization of the possession and position of the fire weapon with emphasis on the feminicide

This article aims to analyze the expansion of possession and possession of firearms for civilians and, therefore, the study of possible consequences with an emphasis on femicide. The purpose of the work is to demonstrate that they can increase the risks for women and impact the rates of femicide in Brazil. It was developed using the deductive approach method. So that scientific research will have exploratory research as its object, also using qualitative research, and the procedure will be bibliographic research, through surveys in books and scientific articles already published. The study showed worrying data, which is why part of the population, sociologists and scholars in defense of women, disapprove the flexibility of the possession and possession of the firearm.
