ERGONOMIA E SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO NA ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO

This work explores the integration of ergonomics and work safety in production
engineering. Based on a literature review, the importance of safe practices to
reduce accidents and improve productivity is analyzed. The study concludes that
worker commitment and the incorporation of safety policies are fundamental to
achieving operational excellence.
