Ethics in law: : challenges and reflections on its importance in the professional practice of lawyers

The present work aims to analyze the importance of ethics in law, and how its violation can harm the relationship between lawyers and clients, and a critical analysis of its relevance in the professional practice of lawyers. It is demonstrated that ethics is vital to law, emphasizing integrity and trust in the lawyer-client relationship. It demonstrates some ethical principles that are fundamental for responsible legal practice with the vigor of justice. It is demonstrated that ethics is essential in society and in Law in which it guides human behavior and interactions. Ethical challenges in law are demonstrated, such as conflicts of interest and the importance of lawyers' ethical conduct. This work sought to demonstrate the need to understand the ethical standards that govern the actions of lawyers and their implications for relationships with clients. The methodology chosen was bibliographic, which aims to clarify and clarify the topic based on theories published in books, periodicals, websites and much more.
