This monograph aims to analyze the current scenario of the judiciary regarding the promotion of legal accessibility for the deaf. To this end, through an analysis of human rights, social inclusion and accessibility, it seeks to understand how this group's access to justice has been, since their communication deficiency must be overcome, so that they are guaranteed a fair process. , as well as the certainty that their will will be duly expressed before the Judge, when they act as procedural subjects or when they go to the Judiciary to simply obtain information about the processes.
