Pedophilia: Criminal Dogmatics Psychological and social Conceptions

This article aims to approach in an objective and concise way on the subject: "Pedophilia: Criminal dogmatics and psychological and social conceptions". In this sense, aspects of this crime will be analyzed, mentioning its history, definition and constitutional elements through which pedophilia permeates. Throughout the article, aspects that characterize pedophiles and their methods in this type of crime will be addressed. The method used in the elaboration of this article is the bibliographic one, which consists of exposing the thoughts of several authors who wrote on the exposed subject, using the consultation of books, articles, doctrines, of the Federal Constitution enacted in 1998, among others. As a result, the aim is to alert society about the way this crime happens and explain legal and psychological aspects that will serve to prevent pedophilia.
