A importância da segurança do trabalho na indústria da construção civil

This study addresses the importance of work safety in the civil construction industry, as well as the applicability of PDCA and 5w1h in the identification of safety deviations and adoption of measures to correct deviations and evaluation of the effectiveness of actions, aiming at the reduction of work safety deviations involving construction workers. A plan of action was presented, together with the company used in the work, with the purpose of reducing safety deviations in this workplace, after proving the effectiveness of this proposed action plan , with regard to the reduction of deviations related to work safety, a corrective action plan was drawn up with deviations still existing after the implementation of the improvement plan in this environment under study. The applied methodology was the case study, where workplace inspections and interviews with some collaborators were carried out. It was verified that the company under study has flaws in relation to work safety, which proved the need to apply the improvement plans proposed in this study, especially the PDCA, thus providing improvements in the work environment with regard to safety of the work job.
