Synopsis

Badly structured companies are receiving more and more signals from the market that they are not welcome. For proper management of the company, the help of Production Planning and Control (PCP) is implemented. This planning is responsible for allocating operational production resources from planning, through programming to control. The management of production activities is used in this process, with the function of supporting management in decision-making moments. To enable a precise performance of possible deviations and process failures, the correct implementation of the PCP must be carried out. It also allows you to act directly to improve the product, to have better adherence in the market. Cost reductions are also impacted, as needs are adjusted to production and inventories. In general, the PCP has the function of organizing, standardizing and systematizing the production process. Thus, the company guarantees that it will be able to have a safer, more programmed, easier and cheaper production. You also have an increase in your productivity, as your efforts will be focused correctly.
