Estudo e análise da declividade utilizando aerolevantamento do bairro bom pastor no município de Raul Soares - MG

Natural disasters have occurred since the birth of planet Earth, and human beings are constantly affected by these conditions. It is necessary to consider human actions that intervene and change the conditions of nature. Human activities occur due to the cutting of sloping land and the removal of vegetation from the area to build houses. Most of the time, such buildings are carried out without adequate technical support. The objective of this work was to map the occupation of slopes using drone aerial surveys in the Bom Pastor neighborhood in the municipality of Raul Soares – MG. The research was carried out in the urban area of the city of Raul Soares – MG in an area with a steep slope. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was used to develop the data collection activity, which in this case is a Phantom 4 Drone. After processing the data, descriptive and quantitative reports were developed on the analyzed area, and an orthophoto was also generated. elaborated through aerial surveying with the Drone, where it was possible to measure areas, distances and angles, achieving precision like that of maps. A survey of the studied area was carried out using aerial photos from Google Earth for the years 2001 and 2023 and analysis of the region's occupation. We obtained slope percentages of 34.05%, 45.18% and 30.90%, values greater than 30%. Based on Federal Law 6,766, of December 19, 1979, which governs the division of urban land, it is concluded that the Bom Pastor neighborhood should not have any built area. This directly interferes with the approval of an initial subdivision project, which is no longer the case in the researched neighborhood, since it is consolidated.
