This paper aims to analyze the influence of the media in the judgments made by the Jury Court. We live in the age of communications, in which different media (such as newspapers, radio, TV programs and especially the Internet) are used to disseminate information, and this information is usually provided in a sensational way, without certainty or accuracy. Facts prove that this change ha s affected the daily life of the judiciary, which raises the question of whether judicial decisions are influenced by the position conveyed by the media, especially the position of the jury formed by the jury without knowing the legal skills. . Given the r ole of the media in society, this is a current and relevant topic. This study considers that the jury's verdict should be fair and altruistic, and limited to the facts stated at the hearing, so that there is no space for the media to conduct a trial, which generally has no constitutional value.
