União poliafetiva: as adversidades da união poliafetiva no sistema jurídico brasileiro

The present work deals with the study of the mutation that occurred in Family Law, with emphasis on the analysis of the types of union and forms of family, since society has changed its acts, customs, way of living and relating to each other. The purpose is to publicize polyaffectivity as another new form of family formation, which is equivalent to the possibility of three or more people, of the same gender or not, to live a loving relationship with each other with the consent and will of all involved. The purpose is to examine the maturity of society in dealing with this type of union and whether it is possible or not to reach the recognition of the poly-affective union as a family entity in Brazil, fully accepted by our legislation and protected by the State.
