In this work we will discuss about the transgression of the capacitism law through virtuais crimes. Cyber ​​crimes, also known as cyber crimes, are those committed through computers, electronic networks and other digital devices. These types of crimes have specific characteristics that differentiate them from criminal activities carried out outside the virtual world. Among the particularities of virtuais crimes, the difficulty in identifying the perpetrators, the possibility of attack from anywhere in the world, the relatively low cost to carry it out and the transgression of the capacitism law stand out. The work was formulated through doctrinal research, jurisprudence, research articles present on the internet as well as in current legislation.
