Synopsis

Marketing is the grouping of strategies capable of analyzing, creating and delivering quality to satisfy the needs of the business market through products or services that may interest consumers. The purpose of marketing in the accounting firm is to publicize and consolidate the image, thus bringing a profitable relationship for the firm and clients. The present study aims to verify the importance, use and purpose of this powerful tool, to highlight the office in question. To achieve the proposed
objectives, the methodologies used were exploratory, descriptive and biographical research, it has the purpose of helping to describe the characteristics of the object of study, analyze the data through descriptive survey and the collection of information from materials and bibliographic methods published by different authors. It is considered as a result of the research that marketing is a great ally of accounting. In conclusion, the study presents the need for a marketing plan with aggregation of tools and the need to train accountants on the use of marketing to enhance actions in the accounting area, to add value and expand the competitive advantage in the market.
