The challenge of the contractual relationship : the state, public law legal entity, and the micro entrepreneur

This work will present a possible solution as a facilitating tool for micro and small businesses that provide services to public customers and that aim to continue entering the bidding market and providing products and/or services for these entities. The information contained herein is of big relevance to help the micro-entrepreneur to direct their efforts in order to provide services to compliant and reputable bodies. In this market study, it is pointed out that it can be vital for a company with less financial power to provide services to entities that do not meet their commitments on time and often if they comply with them.
