The use of accusation (collaboration) awarded as torture in Brazil

The present work proposes to take a critical approach to the institute of the award-winning plea in the Brazilian legal system, first introducing the theme thourgh a historical overview of the institute’s appearances over the years. Then, a concepto f what would become na award-winning statement and what is its acceptance within our legal system will be presented. Finally, the factors that lead to treting such na instrument as it is used in our country, as a mechanism of torture, will be briefly exposed.
