Violence against women is an extremely present subject nowadays. Whether through cases that are heard about, or through the media that demonstrates events related to the subject. Women all over the world, not just in Brazil, suffer all types of violence and psychological violence has been more frequent, mainly due to the fact that it leaves no visible traces, a factor that makes it difficult to discover its incidence. Therefore, the research problem is to determine the psychological violence against women, through the bias of the Maria da Penha Law.
