The present study has the research problem to verify if it is possible to affirm that the Brazilian criminal legislation is complete and efficient with regard to the responsibility of the serial killer, mainly taking into account that it is a widely complex topic, since such an individual presents unpredictability. behavioral. In this sense, the general objective of this work is to analyze whether the Brazilian criminal legislation is complete and efficient with regard to the responsibility of the serial killer. Methodologically, it is an exploratory analysis, of a qualitative nature, in which bibliographic and documental research stand out.
