Racial discrimination: application project to combat racism in Brazilian law

The present work aims to present the consequences of racial discrimination 1within Brazilian law, focusing on black women lawyers, since, in the 21st century, in addition to still suffering discrimination due to their gender, they suffer prejudice due to because of your skin color. Through bibliographical research and concrete cases, some crimes of racism will be demonstrated and how Brazilian legislation, as well as the Brazilian Bar Association, has positioned itself in relation to the subject. In addition, the development of an application that can serve as a mechanism to combat racial discrimination will be demonstrated, so that situations like these are avoided and, how and where, people who are victims of this crime, can seek support and support.
