Synopsis

The present work was elaborated under the emphasis of the inclusion of the disabled child in the school environment, the difficulties faced by the family in the insertion phase, the lack of professionals with specific knowledge about the different disabilities, so that inclusion really occurs and the children learn to read and write, rights that are basic and protected by the constitution, statute of the person with disability and other laws and infraconstitutional norms.
