Late adoption in Brazil

Due to the changes that have taken place in the development of the institute of late adoption, some hitherto unknown topics have acquired legal significance and need further discussion and analysis to bring their importance to the public. This work deals with the inclusion of informal adoption in socio-affective relationships, whose practice is increasingly spreading in the social environment, generating effects and creating rights and obligations for people who participate in the affective relationship.
