Implementation of the 5S program in a tube production industry using fiberglass

The present work aims to analyze the implementation of the 5S program in a tube production industry using fiberglass, bringing considerations about the importance of the program. In this sense, it is a case study, in order to seek information, solutions and mainly improvements in the system of the company studied. The presentation of the proposed items for the fulfillment of each stage and its application in the real context, starts with the presentation of the theme, its history and concepts, including the contextualization with the quality management. Subsequently, all the importance of the program and the results obtained are reported.
