, the General Law of Protection of Personal Data (LGPD.
The objective of the work is to bring to the reader, understanding of that law and the repercussions of that front on the protection of privacy, characteristics of the General Law for the Protection o f Personal Data and how it is concerned with the privacy and intimacy of its recipients will be shown as a conclusion and general understanding of the researched work.
