This undergraduate thesis consists of an X-ray of the platform work, which covers not only the brazilian experience, but is also dedicated to the study of the struggles and regulatory experiences of nine other countries, one of them from the American continent and the other seven from Europe. It was made an attempt to map judicial, legislative and popular mobilization towards this new form of work since its arrival in Brazil, in 2014. Regarding the judicial power, it was carried out a quantitative-qualitative analysis of the claims filed by Uber drivers at the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region, of some sentences and judgments handed down by judges of this Regional Court and the attempt in order to manipulate jurisprudence undertaken by the platform companies. From a legislative point of view, the projects in progress were identified, as well as the laws in force. In the popular sphere, the workers efforts in the search for access to rights were analyzed. From this broad panorama, the obstacles that prevent the visibility, recognition and adequate legal framework of this professional category were pointed out.
