Performance Of The Judiciary Against The Judicialization Of Relations

This paper aims to analyze the issues related to the saturation of the judiciary system after the 1988 constitution, which resulted in the phenomenon of judicialization of relations and consequent congestion of the judiciary system in the country in all spheres of law. Data collected from Research Institutes and relevant legislation will be exposed, as well as some relevant situations such as judicialization, existing forms of conflict resolution, and finally present the point of view and the proposal to use advertising as a form of awareness the correct use of the judiciary system and the consequent approximation of the lay public with the Institutions, that is, the use of Propaganda combined with the Principles of Transparency and Publicity as a way not to attract clientele but to control, with the interaction between the judiciary and society providing a more harmonious coexistence, light, cooperative, breaking the stigmas and dogmas that hover between Justice and the common citizen.
