The (in)accessibility of physically disabled people to the Judiciary Power buildings in Belo-Horizonte

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the inaccessibility of the judiciary buildings for people with physical disabilities in the city of Belo Horizonte. The present work sought to analyze in a serious and thorough way all the public buildings of the judicial power of Belo-Horizonte that involve the justice buildings at the state and federal levels, observing if they are in conformity with the legislation in effect until the conclusion of this work. We will consider all people who have some type of physical
disability who need to use public buildings as employees or simply to seek the defense
of their rights as citizens.
