Synopsis

This work aims to analyze the issues related to the saturation of the judicial system after the 1988 constitution, which resulted in the phenomenon of judicialization of relationships and consequent congestion of the judicial system in the country in all spheres of law. Data collected from Research Institutes and the relevant legislation will be exposed, and some relevant situations as an example of judicialization, the existing forms of conflict resolution, and finally present the point of view and the proposal to use advertising as a form of awareness. the correct use of the judiciary system and the consequent approximation of the lay public with the Institutions, that is, the use of Propaganda allied to the Principles of Transparency and Publicity as a way not to attract clientele but to control, with the interaction between the judiciary and society providing a more harmonious, light and cooperative coexistence, breaking stigmas and dogmas that hover between Justice and the common citizen.
