GMK group consultancy report presented to the company Cacau’s Cake

A consultancy work was developed by the GMK Consultoria Empresarial group, composed of students Gabriella Guimarães, Karina Andrade and Michael Martins, at the company Cacau's Cake, in the period between 10/01/2019 to 11/25/2019. The manager's main objective with this consultancy was to have the possibility of delivering on applications such as: Rappi, Ifood among others, on which the group focused its attention for the development of these activities. This report includes a brief presentation of the company, diagnosis carried out, summary of activities developed by the group and suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which have not yet been worked on.
