Throughout the study, fundamental topics are discussed, including the evolution of expression and privacy rights, the impact of media and the internet, the influence of Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework, and the need for limits to protect human dignity. The analysis concludes that although freedom of expression is essential for democracy, it is not absolute and must be exercised responsibly. The judiciary must ensure a careful balance between these rights.
