In this text, a study is made about human performance in competitive organizations. The theme is extensively worked on within organizations through assessments and training, seeking to improve the performance of employees and in relation to the intended results. The objective of the work is to identify the profile of the tele-assistance operators of the Mundiale company, and to know the main motivation factors for carrying out the work of tele-salespersons and to know which factors affect the performance of operators in their role.
