The deeds of bullying as a work accident

This article discusses the possibility of physical and psychological consequences of moral harassment occurred in the work environment to receive the same legal dealings applied to cases of work accidents. First discusses the evolution of law work-related accident. Then proceed to the definition of moral harassment as occurred in the work place and the possible consequences resulting from such practices. Finally presents the interpretative hypothesis to be applied to cases of moral harassment in the work environment.
