Control model of compliance programs in bidding processes
Keywords:
Public administration, Compliance, CorruptionSynopsis
Compliance is broadly defined as a program that aims to ensure compliance with the standards, values,
and regulations of a given organization. It can be understood that the compliance program exists due
to the need to develop an internal plan for organizations, aiming to identify and prevent illegal
activities both in the private sphere and involving public funds. The compliance area in public
administration must therefore identify activities, techniques and methodologies aimed at the weaknesses
found that could generate threats to the integrity of the public body. Thus, it is also important that
the assertiveness of the procedures applied by the compliance program, its areas of vulnerability and
its possible improvements, be constantly evaluated.
