The Administrative Law Review (RDA), produced by the Rio de Janeiro Law School and linked to the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Regulation Law at FGV Rio Law (PPGD), celebrates its 80th anniversary. Since its inception in 1945, the journal has established itself as one of Brazil's most traditional legal publications and a reference in public law, legal theory, and more recently, regulation and public management.
RDA's mission is to lead the main and current discussions on various aspects underlying regulatory phenomena and, in a broader perspective, on public law and legal theory in Brazil, in an interdisciplinary, empirical manner with a high standard of quality. Publications are expected to adhere to the research lines of the Postgraduate Program: Regulatory Governance, Institutions and Justice, and Economics, Intervention, and Regulatory Strategies.
Published every four months, RDA releases its issues in January, May, and September, maintaining a traditional editorial line while adapting to contemporary changes and challenges. This publication's quality is reflected in its evaluation in the Capes' Qualis Periódicos, with an A1 rating, the highest classification for law journals.
